We work closely in partnership with values-driven wholesale consolidators and distributors of local foods who share our passion for procuring the freshest local and seasonal menu items. We also make it a point to not only incorporate seasonal local produce and other offerings, but to clearly identify these offerings so that our diners know and understand that they too are taking part in reducing our shared environmental impact.
