Our seniors experience monthly special dining events and theme meals that range from Hawaiian Luaus to Red, White and Blue Barbecues to Mardi Gras festivities. Our goal is to spice up the everyday with the unexpected, focused on quality food and nutrition combined with a touch of flair and lots of fun.

In addition to our scheduled dining programs, we also surprise residents with exhibition cooking demos that feature omelet bars, entre carving stations, hand-tossed salads, and dessert specials. Impromptu smoothie bars, where smoothies are created fresh in front of residents, and surprise ice cream socials, where ice cream carts are sent to all resident rooms and banana split stations pop up in main dining areas, are two all-time favorites. Residents can also look forward to weekly happy hours before dinner complete with cocktails, hors doeuvres, and live entertainment; Sunday brunches featuring freshly made Belgium waffles, French toast, and omelets made to order; feast day celebrations and special holiday meals; and spontaneous barbecues.

And, at Williamson Hospitality we like to keep things personal. We recognize that celebrating a loved ones birthday is important to you, and we aim to make it an important part of our dining festivities, as well. To celebrate, we send out complimentary dinner invites to family members and serve a special birthday meal based on the residents heritage and/or requests. Private parties for residents and their families can also be accommodated.
