To attain our goals, we discern the needs and desires of those whom we

Williamson Hospitality management is therefore dedicated to two
propositions:
1. Maintaining a healthy, self renewing organization by earning the
innovative commitment of employees whose personal standards require them
to go a step beyond.
To respect themselves, people must have maximum autonomy consistent with
organization obligations. They must have the opportunity to develop
themselves and to assume increasing responsibility for our clients
and customers alike. Such a group of people must be carefully selected
and just as carefully trained and guided. Being a part of Williamson
Hospitality should be more than a job and more than a mode of fulfilling
aspirations. Ideally, it should be an opportunity for the personal
gratification that comes from serving others.
2. Maintaining an ethical and supportive climate in which management and
employees alike can make significant contributions to the organization
and to society.
As a privately owned company, we believe that employees should feel that the
association with Williamson Hospitality Services is a gratifying one,
one for which he or she need never apologize or regret. Therefore, we
will zealously guard Williamson's reputation for integrity and ethical
behavior and continuously seek to earn the respect the public accords
