Anna Bullett is the Culinart-Williamson Hospitality Services culinary development and nutrition specialist. She is responsible for all company-wide nutrition programs.Bullett brings to CulinArt a dual background in the fields of clinical nutrition and food service. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University's culinary arts and culinary nutrition programs, she also holds a Masters of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine.Bullett spearheads the development and implementation of the company's food programs and the nutritional training of account managers, chefs and associates. In addition, she provides oversight to ensure compliance with state- and federally-regulated nutrition programs.Specific to the senior dining community, Bullett helps plan menus and nutrition education for the over-65-set. Guided by the knowledge that seniors have unique nutritional needs, Bullett oversees the Williamson Healthcare dietetic team, leading trainings and info-structure development to ensure menu planning and intake reporting systems are up-to-date. Bullett is a member of the American Dietetic Association where she is an active member of the Food and Culinary Practice Group and the Healthy Aging Practice Group.
